Urban Infill 35 Unit Apartment Building in the Wesley Heights Neighborhood of Charlotte. The building design past rezoning unanimously and is he largest new building to pass Charlotte Historic District Commission review unanimously. Opened 2014. It was awarded 2016 Boutique Off-Campus Innovator Project of the Year from the Student Housing Business Association at the Annual Gala in Austin Texas April 14th.
