SCHOOLHOUSE VILLAGE Kennesaw, GA
Urban Infill of 17 acre Martha Moore Elementary School site adjacent to Historic Downtown Kennesaw. Project preserves the Mid-Century Modern addition to the Elementary School with a recreation of the 1901 School and a Victorian Era Village of Restaurants, Breweries, Offices and Residential uses to guidelines of the Historic District Guidelines. Approved Unanimously by Town Council.
EASTPARK Kennesaw, GA
Master plan & design of 57 acre $280 Million mixed-use project on each side of Cherokee Street entry to the Historic District of Kennesaw. Six Special Districts of Mixed-Use, Active Adult CoHousing, Commercial and Market Rate Multi-Family with 850 units were designed and approved for Form Based Rezoning and Georgia Department of Regional Impact in December 2017 for Sanctuary Companies and Varden Properties. Various projects within the site completed and under construction.

514 Bed Off-Campus Student Housing Community designed for Fraternities and Sororities on the Oconee River at McMillian Island and Fishing Creek. Off-Campus Student Housing Resort near UNC Charlotte on 23acres at the Future Rocky River Road LYNX Blue Line Transit Station. Master plan carved out outparcels that paid for the property. Student Housing portion sold for double its build price a year after occupancy. Built Student Resort consists of Clubhouse with luxury amenities such as Stand-Up Tanning, Fireplaces in Locker Rooms, Golf Simulator, etc. Housing in a woodland site consists of 1 Bedroom Cottages, Treehouse style loft Cabins, Lodges, Townhomes around Courtyards, Flats in four story Chalets and Urban style Mixed-Use Apartments near the Transit Station.
