SCHOOLHOUSE VILLAGE Kennesaw, GA
Urban Infill of Martha Moore Elementary School site adjacent to Historic Downtown Kennesaw. Project preserves the Mid-Century Modern addition to the Elementary School with a recreation of the 1901 School and a Victorian Era Village of Restaurants, Breweries, Offices and Residential uses to guidelines of the Historic District Guidelines. Approved Unanimously by Town Council.

BOULEVARD FIT STUDIES
Fit Studies for Townhomes and Mixed-Use on Urban Infill parcels on a dozen sites around Charlotte NC for Chris Branch of Boulevard Real Estate Advisors.

CHEROKEE HISTORIC DISTRICT Kennesaw, GA
Master Plan and Building Design of 3 acre Urban Infill between Historic District portion of Cherokee Street and a planned new alignment of Cherokee Street. Includes 13 Buildings approved by Historic District Commission.

PROVISIONS VILLAGE
Site study for adaptive reuse of 1.4 Million Square Foot Shopping Center from the 1960s. Completed in November 2017 for Metrolina Surplus Inc.

EASTPARK Kennesaw, GA
Master plan & design of 57 acre $280 Million mixed-use project on each side of Cherokee Street entry to the Historic District of Kennesaw. Six Special Districts of Mixed-Use, Active Adult CoHousing, Commercial and Market Rate Multi-Family with 850 units were designed and approved for Form Based Rezoning and Georgia Department of Regional Impact in December 2017 for Sanctuary Companies and Varden Properties.
